2022 Demo Reel
The BYB Demo Reel shows off some of the best shots from the various client projects our production company has produced over the past year. Highlighting classic interview setups from testimonial videos, engaging b-roll from footage collection days at one of our private school clients, and footage from the long form shows we produced, this reel is an easy way to get a quick glimpse of the quality of our work.
5 Year Anniversary Reel
The short version of the BYB story goes like this: Bruce, Howard, and Mark all met at Moses Brown School in elementary and middle school, where they became friends. When the trio got older, they'd often spend time filming their friend group’s adventures. After splitting up and going to different colleges up and down the East coast, BYB Pictures was started as a summer job, and in 2017 the company did our first commercial work.

In the 5 years since, BYB has been fortunate enough to work with a wide variety of clients, learn from a wide variety of mentors, and move out of Howard’s family's basement. This 2022 demo reel is also our 5 year anniversary video, so thank you to each of you that have worked with us, offered a piece of advice, or even just watched our work as we’ve learned and found our spot in this creative industry.
2021 Anthem Video
Saying hello to 2021 after the year that was 2020. This demo reel allowed us to reflect on one of the most unique years ever (and our first full year in business) by looking back on each of the projects we were able to work on. We pulled visual selects as well as moments of interview and tied them together with a voiceover story written by Mark and read by local actress Meg Schimelpfineg.

This 2 minute reel allows us to show off everything that we do here, the variety of work we're able to capture as well as the variety of services we're able to provide, from pre-production ideation and concept development, interviews and actual production, and post services like editing, coloring, and audio mixing, we did it all for this project.

This aerial cinematography reel shows off some of the best footage we've filmed using our FAA Part 107 certification that allows us to fly commercially as drone pilots!
